Aeration is a service where we pull plugs out of the lawn, which greatly helps reduce soil compaction, promotes healthy root growth, reduces thatch and bare patches, and improves oxygen, water, and nutrient movement in the soil. These benefits would greatly enhance your lawn's health, and is highly recommended this season, especially after the rough and dry summer we had last year.
Overseeding
Overseeding is completed for extra cost after Core Aeration. The best defense against weeds and crabgrass is a thick dense turf. We use a strong blend of grass seed, with seeds that help both sunny and shady areas grow thick, and thrive.
This service is highly recommended this season, due to the drought last year, a lot of lawns have bare patches of dead and burnt grass, this service will help repair and restore your lawn.
